Elliott Bay Tower
is RexModular's flagship development — a 13-story, 120-unit luxury multifamily
building on Seattle's waterfront, steps from the Olympic Sculpture Park. The site at
3031 Western
Avenue was acquired in March 2026, and the project represents the first full-scale
implementation of
the Rex modular system.
This is our proof of concept. Every decision made in developing the Rex system —
structural,
mechanical, envelope, factory logistics — gets validated here. Successful delivery
at Elliott Bay Tower
will establish the repeatable framework we intend to deploy across the Seattle and
Bellevue market at
scale.
