The mid-rise multifamily market has a problem. Wood-frame construction is fast and cheap but limited in scale. Concrete and steel towers deliver unit counts but at a cost and timeline that narrows the field of viable projects. Between them sits an underserved opportunity — and that's where RexModular operates.
Our founding team comes from SynergyCD, where they delivered thousands of conventionally constructed residential and commercial units. RexModular was founded to take that experience and build something repeatable around it: a proprietary volumetric modular system engineered specifically for mid-rise multifamily delivery in the Pacific Northwest.
