RexModular is developing a proprietary volumetric modular building system purpose-built for mid-rise multifamily construction in the Pacific Northwest. Our founding team has delivered thousands of units across conventional residential and commercial development — including some of the most technically complex prefabricated projects completed in the United States.
We built RexModular to apply everything we learned toward a better system: faster to deliver, higher cost-certainty, and designed from first principles for the way buildings actually get built.
What We're Building
At RexModular, we collaborate with developers, investors, and project owners to deliver smarter buildings through volumetric modular construction—combining speed, precision, and scalability from concept to completion.
A Proprietary Structural System
A hybrid of HSS steel and cold-formed steel, engineered from first principles for mid-rise volumetric modular production. Every component — structure, MEP, envelope — is designed to integrate, repeat, and scale.
Design for Manufacture & Assembly
Architecture, engineering, and factory production coordinated from day one — eliminating the inefficiencies that make conventional modular expensive and unpredictable.
Factory-to-Site Delivery
Modules fabricated to finished-room condition in a controlled factory environment, assembled on-site with minimal wet trades and significantly reduced labor versus conventional construction.
Full Development Partnership
For owners, RexModular brings the technical framework, manufacturing relationships, and delivery expertise to make your project pencil.
Elliott Bay Tower
Elliott Bay Tower is RexModular's flagship development — a 120-unit multifamily high-rise in Seattle and the first full-scale implementation of the RexModular system. Currently in development, it aims to prove everything the Rex system is designed to deliver: schedule compression, cost certainty, and design quality at scale in one of the most demanding urban markets in the country.
